Two friends, two kitchens, one dream
Sips n Sweets was born from a simple idea: bring the Mediterranean and Middle Eastern flavors we grew up with to the Pacific Northwest. We are Mirna and Marian, and this is our little corner of the world where Mediterranean sunshine meets Oregon rain.
We started at the farmers market with a juicer, a few trays of pastries, and a lot of hope. What keeps us going is the people who come back every weekend, the ones who bring their friends, and the kids who press their faces against our table asking for “the orange one.”
The people behind the booth

Mirna
Co-owner
Business-savvy saleswoman with a passion for discovering new flavors. She loves connecting with people, building community, and making sure every sip is crafted with intention.

Marian
Co-owner
An architect turned maker who designs beautiful spaces and bakes sweets that feel like home. She balances a dozen roles and still turns out the best Tiramisu.
Juices for glow, sweets for the soul
Everything is made fresh in small batches using organic, locally sourced ingredients. No concentrates, no shortcuts.
Fresh-Pressed Juices
Cold-pressed every market morning from organic fruits and vegetables. Bright, hydrating, and packed with vitamins. Our Green Glow and Beet Boost are customer favorites.
Middle Eastern Sweets
Knafeh, tiramisu, bird's nest, and chocolate-covered strawberries, all handmade using traditional Middle Eastern family recipes. Flaky, sweet, and made with love.
Organic + Local
We source from local Oregon farms whenever possible. Every ingredient is chosen with care, because real food does not need fillers or additives.
More than a booth
The Troutdale Farmers Market is where we found our community. It is where neighbors become regulars, where kids try their first fresh-pressed juice, and where people slow down long enough to share a table and a conversation.
For us, the market is not just where we sell. It is where we connect. Every weekend we get to share a piece of our culture, our food, and our story. That is what makes it worth waking up early and squeezing a hundred oranges before sunrise.
